Lunch: roast beef with mixed grilled veggies & iced tea

Snack: Primal Pac, RxBar, Apples

Post Workout: Chicken breast & HB egg

Dinner: Outback - Ahi Tuna appetizer (no sauce!), grilled Salmon, broccoli
