Yesterday's Macros clearly show too many carbs, but also too high on protein. Gotta swing that see-saw from protein over to fat ...

Still figuring out how to most efficiently post via email. Further commentary added that the calorie count really showed where the day went sideways - nearly 15th was just from the snack! The 6k steps aren't too bad for feeling like hammered dog shit the first week of my new job, but they need to come up. I'm feeling better today, so the trick is to continue w/ the progress, while not overdoing it & backtracking.
