2013: Quit diet soda & all artificial sweeteners
2013: Began incorporating organic produce, grass fed beef, and non-GMO items
2013: Began drinking daily green juice
2013: Began tracking walking & fitness
In the pictures, you can see a big part of my daily routine at the office. A salad for lunch, with dressing from home. Filtered water. Green tea, which sometime I make into iced tea.
